Hardwood flooring is a family tradition in the Ives family. Founder Jeremy Ives has been around hardwood flooring since he was a kid. He started at his father’s flooring company in 1996 and eventually founded his own flooring business in 2004: Board By Board. Now, the company has grown into a well-working team of 12-16 members, undertaking flooring projects of all shapes and sizes.
